Customer complaint: passenger wiper not working.
Diagnose: the nut holding the passenger side wiper arm was loose .
Solution: tighten all the nuts properly.
Work done: inspected the wiper assembly and motor for wear. All the nuts were tighten properly. Customer was also informed about the dirty air filters.

Here is the problem: the nut over the screw holding the wiper arm was loose.

Driver side air filter. Notice the dirt. It should be replaced.

Passenger side air filter. This side was a little cleaner.
