Customer complaint: rear bumper was damaged.
Solution: repair the spot as economically as possible.
Work done: in order to keep costs down, some generic paint was used, then clear coat was applied. The affected area was sanded in order to remove any overspray or orange peal. Finally, the spot and the surrounding area were polished to bring back the original shine.

This is how it looked after 4 layers of paint and 3 layers of clear coat were applied. Notice there is a little overspray on the upper part.
